Action on DMCA Notices

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of the notice promptly, typically within five business days.
  2. We will investigate the reported infringement, including reviewing the material in question and assessing its compliance with copyright laws.
  3. If we determine that the material is infringing copyright or is in violation of any applicable laws, we will promptly remove or disable access to it.
  4. We will inform the alleged infringer of the action taken in response to the DMCA notice and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notification.


If you believe that your material has been wrongly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected]. Your counter-notification should include the following:

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or their agent.
